Yes, our entire staff and practice management is HIPAA compliant and we keep our staff updated on regulations, through ongoing training and current industry communications.
How do I pay for billing services?
Upon negotiating the billing service contract, we will agree on a percentage of revenue collected.
How experienced are the billing staff?
Our staff has over 25 years of combined experience in medical billing.
How will I be informed on the status of my accounts?
As a client, you will have 24-hour access to your accounts. You will be able to run reports and check patient accounts. We can also provide meeting services, to go over accounts and can create custom reporting for your unique business needs.
Does Easy Dental Billing Services offer consulting services?
Yes! Contact us to schedule a time to discuss your needs.
What is the turnaround time on paid claims?
Most claims are now sent electronically, making the turnaround time very fast. It is hard to give an exact time because insurance companies vary. Most claims will be paid anywhere between 14-28 days.

Do you offer services for MEDICAL billing?
No. Currently, we only do dental and orthodontic billing.
